Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) are a breakthrough that is considered capable of overcoming various problems faced by villages in Indonesia. By combining social and profit missions, BUMDes is expected to be able to solve economic, social and political problems in the village. This paper aims to examine various fundamental problems faced by BUMDes. In addition, various improvements will be formulated in the future so that BUMDes truly serves as a means to achieve village economic independence. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with library study. This research shows that BUMDes experiences three major problems, namely the dominant role of the government in the formation of BUMDes, political strength and intervention from the village head, and limited marketing networks. Based on these problems, three recommendations can be made, namely: emphasizing the role of supradesa development, strengthening the existence of BUMDes that are present on their own initiative, and conducting initial identification of village economic factors.

Indonesia is one of the countries that has used the internet to convey information and services from the government to the public. So that patterns that were previously irrational and traditional are no longer used, where previously all systems were still manual and took a long time, and a long process has been minimized in Indonesia, now the era is fast paced, the turnaround time is very short and the flow is very sophisticated, the human mindset has become increasingly sophisticated. So the goal to be achieved with the implementation of E-Government is to create online customers and not in-line. E-Government which aims to provide services without the intervention of public institution employees and a long queue system just to get a simple service. In addition, e-government which is implemented through online job fairs in job placement services to the public can support good governance. It is hoped that the use of online technology in the job fair will make it easier for the public to access information and can reduce corruption by increasing transparency and public accountability.. The literature study in this study is carried out by examining and studying library sources such as books, thesis or thesis literature, journals, magazines and websites of the
Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, especially the Online Job Exchange (BKOL) website. In terms of e-government implementation, the communication between the central government and local governments is good with a direct and smooth relationship pattern, but communication between the government to companies and the community is still poor, where there are still a lot of miscommunication, poor socialization. The resources that exist in implementing this policy are still not good enough in terms of staff, authority, information, facilities in achieving the maximum e-government goals. Meanwhile, in terms of disposition, the implementation of the online job fair is still bad because of problems with incentives. The bureaucratic structure in implementing E-government through the online job fair is actually running well and there are no conditions that hinder services in placing jobs through the Online Job Exchange. The obstacles that have been experienced in implementing E-government through the online job fair at the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration consist of (1) Socialization for the poor (2) Traditional Culture is still maintained (3) Human resources (employees) are less reliable (4) Budget costs which is needed is quite large. (5) The budget required is quite large and contributes to the not good predicate for the.
