Abstract

 Political Mahfud MD is legal according to the policy direction of law (legal policy) made ​​officially by the state of the law will not be enacted or enforced to achieve the goal state. Political law simply consists of two things, namely making laws and implementing them. It is a legal political direction or the official line which forms the basis of departure and how to create and implement the law in order to achieve the goals of the nation and the state.
Post Politics Regional Development Law Amendment of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 should be directed to the broad concept of regional autonomy, real and responsible. False perception, the implementation will lead to excesses that go beyond the corridors of autonomy within the framework of a unitary state.

THE INFLUENCE OF NEW TECHNOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS ON THE TEACHING OF WRITING: THE USE OF MOBILE PHONES TO PERFORM BRAINSTORMING: “SOFT BRAINSTORMING”

Abstract

            This study aims to investigate the influence of new technological applications on the teaching of writing, namely using mobile phones to perform the brainstorming task.  The researcher coins the phrase “soft brainstorming” as to oppose the “traditional” brainstorming.   It is hypothesized that using mobile phones to do this task is more effective and interesting than traditional brainstorming. To test this, a group of twenty seven students, selected randomly, was asked to write a paragraph about the meals in their country. All of them are foundation year students.  They had been familiarized with the concept of the paragraph and how to develop it. First, they were asked to write a paragraph on the given topic (Meals in Saudi Arabia) according to the instructions of the writing pack using traditional brainstorming. Then they were asked to write on the same topic after soft brainstorming.  The reason for choosing this topic is all students involved in the study are familiar with it and it has been chosen by them from several topics.

Abstract
        The issue of gender is very sensitive and always actual, because 
it concerns aspects of balance and their potential of the two genders in 
public life. The objective of this paper is describing gender principles 
in Islam using the various aspects of the standard in analyzing of some
 variable gender equality include. It showed that perspective gender in
 Islam refers to the spirit and values ​​of understanding universal. There
 are tendencies that many Islamic concepts favor of the male gender, do
 not necessarily represent the substance of the teachings of Islam. Islam
 does not deny the existence of biological anatomical differences, but 
these differences are not used as a basis for privileging sex with each 
other sex types. The main basic relationship of men and women, especially
 the couples, it is peace that is full of grace (mawaddah wa Rahmah). 
Islam provides guidance generally how the quality of individual and 
harmonious society. Islam does not give a burden for absolute and rigid
 gender to someone, but how to load it can facilitate human gender obtain
 a noble purpose in life, in the world and in the hereafter.

Abstract

A region is an integral part in the development in Indonesia. But often, there are always problems between the center and the regions, one of them in terms of the division of government affairs between the center and the region. When we discuss the central and local government affairs, regulations that can be the guide for us is Law No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government. Government affairs according to the law is divided into three parts, the first absolute government affairs, second, concurrent government affairs and the third is the general government affairs. The three affairs above divided into central and the region domain. The principles used for government affairs division consists of decentralized, deconcentration and co-administration principles.

Abstract

This research paper is an analysis of sounds pronounced by some Omani secondary school students. It aims to detect the errors that the students commit while they pronounce some consonant sounds. Eight sounds have been analysis in this research. These sounds are (/g/-/dʒ /-/ʃ /-/tʃ /-/v/-/f/-/θ /-/ð /). The researcher also discussed the causes of these errors in order to explain why a student made such an error. 
This study requested by Dr. Ali.R.AL-Hassnawi the lecturer of the Report Writing course on 16/9/2006.
The main findings were that the majority of errors committed by the students of subjects were a result of the interference of their mother tongue and the educational problems.
The recommendations are that students should focus on good pronunciation. Teachers should use audio-visual aids in the class.

Abstract

Culture is part of a very complex social concept entailing a deep understanding and comprehending the challenges of a unique, distinctive and peculiar social values and norms of a particular ethnic group. Within the Malaysian society there is a Malay culture, a Chinese culture, an Indian culture and a Eurasian culture. The research methodology adapts Hofstede's 1991 Model of Cultural Differences, which outlines a culture platform, essentially identifying that culture exists among ethnic groups in terms of 1) individualism-collectivism 2) masculinity-feminity 3) power distance, 4) uncertainty avoidance and 5) time orientation. The research outcome will enhance the understanding on several dimensions of Cultural Values and the importance it carries on employee innovativeness in Malaysia. Data sampling for this study comprised a group of employees from factories and private organizations in the industrialization sector, primarily in the northern states of Malaysia (Kedah and Penang). Questionnaires were distributed randomly to 200 employees in the subject areas. The results showed significant relationships between cultural values, ethnicity and employee performance with employee innovativeness. This study research will generate valuable information to a wide spectrum of organization, especially nascent types, which could be adapted by management and employers to raise employees’ innovativeness
